Southern Candle was founded at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina in North Wilkesboro. The artistry and craftsmanship traditionally associated with Mountain people is evident in our outstanding line of scented jar candles. We have taken those scents usually associated with down home Southern Country fragrances and blended them with a wonderful assortment of colors and fine glassware to give you the best candle you can buy.

When people experience our candles, for the first time, they immediately “smileï¿½ and reflect back on past memories of home baked cookies, breads, hot frosted cinnamon rolls and cakes; or the glorious fragrance of Magnolias, Gardenias, Honeysuckle Vines or other floras in grandma’s yard during spring time. They remember fresh Baked Apple Pies, Apple Cider, homemade jellies, jams, and Apple Butter. The smell of evergreens or fresh fruits with true to life colors to match are so real that a nostalgic sense of good and happy times gone by are recalled simply by a familiar fragrance in the air.

All of our candles are custom blended and made by hand. No automated assembly line equipment is used. Each candle is hand poured and hand wicked to assure you of the finest quality candle you can buy anywhere. We use only the finest quality waxes and additives available to assure a long lasting, even burning and extremely fragrant candle using up to 6 - 8% fragrance oils. The result is a fragrance that lasts for hours. You will not have to worry about a drowned wick and a candle that burns only a hole down the middle leaving a lot of wax hang up on the sides of the jar. Our candles all melt completely around the jar's diameter and evaporate evenly from top to bottom releasing new fragrance oils constantly into your room's atmosphere.

We also feature our unique 'patent pending' Clean Air Candles that eliminates all types of unwanted odors. It works great on kitchen odors, pet odors, tobacco smoke odors, or hundreds of other kinds of odors in your home. This candle has been known to even eliminate "Skunk" odors. We are very proud of this candle and will guarantee it will be effective on whatever odors you want to eliminate.
